We are a couple that complement each other:
He likes cooking and She likes eating.
Andrea, the CHEF, has worked in Italian kitchens for about twenty years, as his family owned and ran some restaurants and trattorias in Italy. Being in Ireland where he got the expected success as a head chef in a well-known and popular restaurant in Monkstown since day one.
Now, it’s time to continue in a way together doing what we like the most: making people happy, before during and when the meal is over.

We are makers of authentic and classic Italian dishes so we will provide each of our costumers
a unique experience since the moment they visit the Truckttoria making them feel transported to
the Bella Italia with a simple taste of our food. -
